PACDL 2021 Slate of Officers and Proposed Platform
The 2021 Annual Membership Meeting of PACDL is scheduled for Thursday, April 8 at 12:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Annual Membership Meeting is being held for the purposes of the election of officers and directors, consideration of the legislative platform, and for any and all other business that may come before the membership.
Election of PACDL Association Officers and Directors:  The Board Governance Committee has announced the following slate of officers and directors:

Petitions:  PACDL's Bylaws allow for nominations to occur by three means: 
1) the Board Governance Committee; 2) a petition submitted by a member nominating another member; or 3) a petition submitted by a member nominating him/herself. 
Eligibility:  Any member of the Association qualified to vote (current with PACDL dues) may self-nominate or nominate another member qualified to hold office. Individuals who want to submit a nomination petition signed by at least twenty (20) members in good standing must do so no later than March 7 to PACDL, 115 State Street, Harrisburg, PA  17101 or to winters@pacdl.org. A copy of a petition may be obtained by calling PACDL at 717.234.7403.
Platform Consideration:  The 2021-2022 proposed platform is available for your review.  It is the policy blueprint for PACDL's legislative activity and is scheduled for consideration at the PACDL Annual membership meeting. Thank you to the members of the platform committee for their efforts.
PACDL Foundation for Justice Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Foundation for Justice is scheduled for Thursday, April 8, 2021 immediately following the PACDL Annual Membership Meeting via Zoom. The Foundation Annual Meeting is being held for any and all business.  


Notice of Election:  Elections to serve on the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Foundation for Justice will be held at the Annual Meeting. In accordance with Article IV, Section 3 of the Foundation Bylaws, no more than eight (8) Directors of the Board shall be elected by the members of the Association at its annual meeting.
