Pennsylvania Supreme Court Ruled that Marsy's Law is Unconstitutional

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court indicated that Marsy's Law was a collection of amendments to the Constitution which added a multiplicity of new rights which were not interrelated in terms of purpose and function, the manner in which they were presented denied voters the right to consider them individually.
